A 2plane shaped3 advancement flap was used for web reconstruction. In the study group the mean time of surgical procedure was 43.25 minutes, the mean healing time was 5.95 weeks, web creep occurred in two cases, skin maceration occured in 3 cases, nail fold condition was excellent in 14 cases and parents{u2019} satisfaction was 80%. All the flaps survived completely without early complications such as infection, vascular compromise or delayed healing. The dorsal plane shaped advancement flap without skin graft is a solution for web space reconstruction in simple syndactyly, especially in the foot
