المستخلص

The aim of the current research is to develop a training program based on the web to develop the skills of using databases for secondary education teachers in Damietta and their attitudes towards it, by using an electronic training program based on the web to develop the skill of teachers to use the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and their attitudes towards it.
The research followed the experimental method to answer the research questions and test its hypotheses, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed and developed the research tools, which consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects of the skills of using the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and observe card for teachers’ performance skills for using the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and teachers’ attitudes towards using the rules data.
To achieve the objectives, the researcher developed an electronic training program based on the web to develop the skills of using the Egyptian Knowledge Bank for secondary education teachers. A random sample of (32) teachers was selected from the teachers of secondary education in Damietta, and the research tools were applied before and after.
The results showed that there was an effectiveness of the web-training program to develop the skills of using the Egyptian Knowledge Bank among a sample of Al-Azhar secondary education teachers in Damietta Governorate. ,and also revealed an improvement in the research sample’s attitudes towards using the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
