The study aimed to test The effect of electronic management on health care quality in Mansoura University Hospitals. The research was conducted on sample of items, and the primary data was collected using a survey list that was judged by some professors of Business Administration and was distributed to the sample items, the number of correct survey lists reached is 356 with a response rate of 95%. .Multiple regression analysis, Alpha Cronpach analysis, person correlation and variance analysis ””””ANOVA test”””” were used. The research concluded that there is a relation between the electronic management and health care quality which is statistically significant ,also there is an effect of electronic management with its dimensions on health care quality which isstatistically significant. Based on the results of the research , a set of recommendations were developed , including that the senior management should support and improve the application of electronic management by increasing the awareness of workers towards its importance by and settling down organizational plans that achieve the goals of the hospitals under study. With a proposal to apply the study model to other sectors.
