Abstract The aim of this work was to evaluate the role of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio as a disease activity marker in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with and without renal affection.This cross-sectional study was conducted on forty SLE patients (20 SLE patients with lupus nephritis and 20 SLE patients with active disease without nephritis) and twenty normal subjects as control group.
