Abstract
Patients with CD28 negative immunophenotype were more likely to achieve good response compared to patients with CD28 positive immunophenotype with statistically significant difference (P = 0.010).
Conclusion: CD28 is an independent prognostic factor in multiple myeloma (MM) patients, and it may have a bad impact on survival of multiple myeloma (MM) patients
