First : Problem of Study : - The Isssue of sustainable Development took more Attention all over the world, durig the last fifteen Year, The World Forums were held for it. The Sustainable Development Became Essential Requirement for Achieving Justice and Equity in Distributing the Investments of Development and wealths, among the various Generations for various world population. According to Globalization, privatization and Market powers, these factors caused the Increasing of Civil society Role in Achieving Sustainable Development, It is Called also the Third sector as it is Considered a Fundamental partner for Government and private sector in Achieving Development In the Egyptian society, the voluntary Assouiations proved that they are the most Important Citizen Organizations that able to work for Helping Citizens and Society. Moreover, they are Considered seek to Achieve Better standard of living for all communities by providing social welfare programs and comprehensive Development, since the are the most Organizations that help in satisfying the Needs of Individuals and Societies. Hence, the Role of voluntary Associations Became one of the most Attitudes and Indicators in the Development Field. Therefore, the voluntary work Became a measure for the prosperity of Nations and their position in the Civilization of the Era and an Indicator of a Health Phenomenon that Reflects. The Citizens Awareness and their Role, as well as their perception for the Actual Needs and working for Meeting them. Accordingly, the Interest of capacity Building of voluntary Associations was Increased in order to find Effective societal Organizations that are able to find Effective Solutions for the Complicated problems and renewed Needs by Effective Material, Human and Institutional Facilities. Therefore, The main Issue of the current study was Determined as follows :- Self Help Capacity Building for voluntary Associations and Achieving Sustainable Development Goalies.
