Abstract
This study proposes and test a data driven sustainable performance management model(DD-SPMM)under a big data lens, underpinning by resource-based view (RBV), institutional theory, dynamic capability view (DCV) and contingency theory, to achieve the
intent of stakeholder and paradox theories.Design/Methodology/Approach: the researcher utilized descriptive/ deductive approach to analyze the literature review and pilot studies at Schleich-Germany, Orange labs-France, and Walmart Company website-Germany and then to formulate research hypotheses. Besides, the researcher utilized the inductive approach to test research hypotheses in empirical settings in
the Egyptian business environment where 171 responses were collected via questionnaire from Telecommunication (Vodafone, Orange, and Telecom Egypt Companies), Automatioc
(Siemens company), and Banking(CIB bank)sectors in Egypt. Only 162 responses were deemed valid
