Abstract A selective, sensitive, and effective methods were used to remove or sense contamination dyes and heavy metals in water. Methylene blue and acid red 57 were eliminated during adsorption onto NH2-MIL-88(Fe) MOF, Fe3+, Pb2+, and Co2+ ions in water were detected by 2AP=N-UiO-66(Zr) sensor also, As3+ ions were detected in water by 2HA=N-MIL-53(Al) sensor. All prepared MOFs and sensors were characterized using various techniques like Brunauer, Emmett, and Teller (BET), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction spectrometry, and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). In addition to study adsorption technique, isotherm of adsorption, kinetics of adsorption, adsorption energy in the case of dyes removal also, spectrophotometry and fluorescent activity were studded in the case of metals sensing. |
