Abstract

In this work, by using tartrate precursor method Pb Lax Ti(1 - 34𝑥)O3 ceramics of perovskite type were prepared with different La content, where x= 0,0.02,0,04,0,06,0,08 and 0,1.
All samples were annealed at 600 °c. The annealed samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), hysteresis loop (P-E loop), and RLC bridge to measure the dielectric characteristics and the frequency dependance dielectric properties.The XRD patterns found a tetragonal perovskite structure at the main peak (101) at 2Ɵ near to 31°,which decrease by increase La content and appears secondary phase for the samples 0.08 and 0.1. There is transformation from a tetragonal to cubic phase at sample 0.1. The FTIR spectrum shows two main absorption bonds at around 360 and 590cm-1.
