The Present Study aims at studying organizational empowerment and its relation with organizational identification
In order to find an answer to the questions of the study, a social survey method is used by the researcher. The data of the study are collected using a questionnaire.
The study contains 113 doctors from Beni suef specialized hospitals, and 128 workers from Al Ahli bank (Beni suef)
The study has found a number of results, such as:
1- The degree of the organizational empowerment and organizational identification is strong among doctors and bank employees.
2- There were significant positive relationships between organizational empowerment and organizational identification
3- There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study on organizational identification, due to the age, however, no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study on organizational empowerment due to variables: gender, service duration, salary
-In light of the results of the study, the researcher provides a number of recommendations, which would work on the development of the organizational empowerment in the immediate supervisors.
