Abstract this study is to evaluate the ability of diffusion weighted imaging to detect the response of malignant breast lesions to neoadjuvent chemotherapy and to distinguish responsive lesions from non responsive ones early during the course of treatment. It will also be aimed at showing the efficency of DWI in delineating residual lesions in women treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and hence improving the surgical outcome of conservative breast surgery |
