The craniofacial skeleton undergoes changes overtime when comparing measurements in older versus younger subjects, however these changes are not uniform and more dramatic in women especially in the middle face region , further more the changes centers around the orbital region , the differences in angular and bony measurements support the concept that the facial skeleton continue to change throughout adulthood Our study was conducted to assess orbital volume changes in different age groups using CT orbital volumetery ,the study assessed the orbital bone ,fat , muscle volume and orbital interlateral, anterio-posterior and height dimension in different age groups
