Abstract

This study was 0.55. We found high statistically significant results correlating the reduction in FA values with the scoring of discs lesions and that of cord affection i.e. the more severe the cord affection and discs lesions are, the more reduction in FA values will occur. Also as we go down the cervical cord levels the more reduction will be in FA values which may be contributed to the increased grey / white matter ratio inferiorly. To conclude FA values show statistically significant changes for detection of cord affection in compressive myelopathy and is correlated with the severity of compression and cord affection
