Abstract
L-asparaginase is a common therapeutic enzyme employed in the chemotherapy regimens of both paediatric and adult lymphoblastic leukaemia patients to day microorganisms like Escherichia coli and Erwinia chrysanthemi are used to produce clinical L-as paraginase formulations when given to patients these formulations cause a number of immunological and hypersensitivity reactions.
