المستخلص Human Relationships as an administrative process are necessary for any institution, and this importance increases for the institution that prepares a qualified human entity capable of facing the challenges of digital transformation, and given that kindergarten institutions are a community of people, they require effective management of human Relationships at work, and the study aimed to determine the conceptual framework of human Relationships in kindergarten institutions, and to show their impact on the development of educational work in light of the challenges of digital transformation, in addition to revealing the impact of digital transformation, And its reflection on the development of human Relationships in kindergarten institutions and monitoring the reality of the application of human Relationships in kindergarten institutions, then developing a proposed vision for the development of human Relationships in kindergarten institutions in light of the challenges of digital transformation. The main question of the study can be identified as follows: What are the requirements for the development of human Relationships in kindergarten institutions in light of the challenges of digital transformation?, The study used the descriptive analytical approach, where the study sample consisted of (200) principals and teachers of government kindergartens in Dakahlia, The data was collected through a questionnaire addressed to kindergarten principals and teachers, then the study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which were: Some kindergarten institutions are marred by a failure to apply the process of human Relationships by some managers and teachers in light of the challenges of digital transformation, as well as the presence of some obstacles that prevent the development of human Relationships with them, and this also needs many of the requirements necessary for the development of human Relationships in light of the challenges of digital transformation. |
