Abstract English Summary Resilience is a very important skill and trait in nursing work, without which nurses cannot adapt with work pressures, which leads to job burnout and an increase in turnover rates by nurses. The study subjects included a simple random sample of nurse interns (n = 80). Nurse interns are those who were enrolled in the internship training year 2021-2022, their number is 324 nurses. Data were collected using four tools, namely: The first tool: Connor-Davidson resilience scale. The second tool: Utrecht work engagement scale (UWES) The third tool: Resilience knowledge assessment questionnaire. The fourth tool: Training program evaluation questionnaire. The results revealed that There is a statistically significant relationship between the degree of resilience and work-engagement of nurse interns at their work settings. Also, there is statistically significant relationship between financial income of nurse interns (the study group and control group) and their level of resilience and work-engagement. The study also succeeded in achieving its aim of investigating the relationship between the resilience of nurse interns and their work engagement. |
