Abstract
The present study was carried out to diagnose of drowned cases in the Delta region from different Sites of the Mit-Yazid canal and Tanbara Haweis canal through the identification and analysis of diatoms flora in the drowning dead bodies including the internal tissues (kidney, liver, and lung), collection of water samples from the upper and lower location of victims and comparing with water samples of different studied sites of the two canals for determining the site of drowning, during different seasons(winter and summer),determination of chemical and physical parameters of water samples and the identification of micro and macro flora from the collecting water samples during same seasons using high-quality phase-contrast photomicroscope.
