Abstract
Cardiac complications after SAH are associated increased risk of neurological complications and poor functional outcomes among those patients. The present study was a hospital base observational descriptive study that was conducted to: Detect the frequency of different cardiac abnormalities in patients with SAH. Determine the influence of these cardiac abnormalities on patient’s outcomes. The study included all patients presented with SAH and admitted to the Emergency room, Neurology Department, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) & Stroke Unit at Assiut University Hospital, Assiut, Egypt. The study included 28 patients with SAH.
