The current era is witnessing a scientific revolution and a tremendous explosion of knowledge, science and technology, as theories and their technological applications continue to accumulate in a way that humanity has not seen before, and in the era of informatics that carries with it many changes in all aspects of life, and the tracker of the rapid progress movement in the field of information technology in terms of the field of technology Education, on the other hand, finds that a marriage has occurred between the two fields, and the occurrence of this marriage has led to the emergence of spacious new horizons represented in the presence of many technological innovations directly related to the educational process, and it was necessary to respond to them through the development of the educational process and the employment of technological innovations in it. Due to the lack of readiness of the infrastructure in most educational institutions and its inability to conduct electronic exams for all students in all stages and theoretical and practical sectors, some measures have been taken to use the technological infrastructure available in educational institutions and to replace theoretical exams for the transfer stages with other systems at one of the points that are determined under the supervision of teachers. those in the educational institution. Research problem:

Many e-learning platforms offer hundreds of courses at different levels for pupils, students, academics, and even those working in the fields of health or the creative arts.
And I found that educational platforms may provide a suitable educational environment for all students because it is based on diversifying the methods of presentation, procedures and activities used, which enables each student to achieve the required goals with the method, tools and activity that suits him.
In today’s accelerated world, traditional teaching methods are no longer suitable to be able to comprehend cognitive growth and diverse experiences in their fields and depth... Educational platforms work to consolidate understanding in the learner according to an approach to organized thinking that suits the nature of the brain’s work. Educational platforms are a technology that supports how it works. It has the biological human brain, in addition to that, educational platforms stimulate the learner to use and employ the left and right hemispheres of the brain, which increases learning efficiency. The first survey:
The researcher conducted the first survey experiment during the time from Wednesday corresponding to 2/23/2022 AD until Wednesday corresponding to 3/6/2022 AD on the survey sample drawn from the research community, numbering (15) students and from outside the basic sample, to find scientific transactions for the tests used.
The second survey:
The researcher conducted the second exploratory experiment on Monday, 7/3/2022 AD, on the exploratory sample drawn from the research community, numbering (15) students, and from outside the main sample, for the following reasons:
1. Determining the clarity and appropriateness of the educational program using active learning by mobile phone, which is designed for the students’ abilities and the extent of their understanding of it.

Sensory Experiment Application:
The researcher applied the sensory research experiment in the period from Thursday corresponding to 3/10/2022 AD to Thursday corresponding to 4/28/2022 AD at the rate of (8) weeks, once a week for (90) minutes at a time, and the research experiment was applied to the group The experimental group, while the control group, implemented the traditional programme.
Control group:
The control group underwent the traditional program (verbal explanation and practical model performance) at a rate of (8) weeks, once a week for a period of (90) minutes at a time, and the sound scientific foundations were observed during the application.
Experimental group:
The experimental group was subjected to the educational program, which includes the use of active learning by mobile phone at a rate of (8) weeks, once a week for a period of (90) minutes at a time, and the sound scientific foundations were observed.
Dimensional measurements:
Dimensional measurements were made in the main research sample in the skill variables and the cognitive test, on Monday 2/5/2022.
Statistical processors:
The researcher used the statistical treatments appropriate to the nature of the research, using the Statistical package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), and the following statistical treatments were used:
1. Arithmetic mean.
2. Standard deviation.
3. Torsion modulus.
4. Correlation coefficient.
5. The coefficient of ease and difficulty.
6. Coefficient of Excellence.
7. T-test.
Conclusions and recommendations:

In the light of the research objectives and hypotheses, the statistical treatment of the data and the discussion of the results, the following conclusions were reached:
1. The educational platform has more than one impact on motor learning and on the level of cognitive achievement better than the traditional method, which indicates its effectiveness on skill learning and cognitive achievement of handball skills under study in a physical education lesson for fifth graders.
2. The use of presentation and explanation has a positive effect on skill learning and cognitive achievement of the handball skills under study in the fifth-grade physical education lesson, but at a lower level than modern methods of teaching.
3. The educational platform increases the learner’s passion for acquiring knowledge.
4. The educational platform affects emotionally in stimulating and reviving activity and vitality in the learners.
Recommendations:
1. In the light of the results of the research, the researcher recommends the following:
2. Work on using the educational platform in the educational process because of its positive impact on the learner.
3. Using the educational platform when teaching some basic motor skills and cognitive achievement in handball, as well as other educational materials prescribed in the physical education curriculum.
4. Work to introduce modern methods into the educational process and train teachers on modern means and not rely on the traditional method only but keep pace with continuous educational modernization and development.
5. Increasing the scientific and knowledge base on the appropriate methods for the effectiveness of the educational platform to present the curricula in a delightful way through the information network, so that it meets comprehensive quality standards, and takes into account the needs of the educational process.
