المستخلص

The research aims to identify the effect of electronic software enhanced with digital mind maps on the level of cognitive achievement of students majoring in squash at the Faculty of Physical Education - Mansoura University. The researcher used the experimental method and the descriptive method by designing two groups, one experimental and the other control, by pre-measurement and post-measurement for each of the research groups. Due to its suitability to the nature of this study and to achieve its objective. The research sample was chosen intentionally, as (120) male and female students were chosen and divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control group. Also, (40) male and female students were chosen as a survey group.The most important results of the research were:1.Digital mind maps have a positive impact on learning some basic skills in squash (under research) for the experimental group.2.The electronic software enhanced with digital mind maps contributed in a positive and effective way to the cognitive achievement and level of skill performance in squash (under research) among the experimental group.3.The electronic software enhanced with digital mind maps was more influential and positive than the traditional method on cognitive achievement and the level of skill performance in the sport of squash (under research), which indicates its effectiveness.4.The experimental group, which was taught using electronic software enhanced with digital mental maps, outperformed the control group, which was taught using the (traditional) method, in cognitive achievement and the level of skillful performance in the sport of squash (under study).5.The use of digital mental maps increases the effectiveness of learning
