المستخلص This research aimed to study the effect of applying digital transformation on the marketing policies of banking services, by applying it to the branches of the National Bank of Egypt in the city of Mansoura , the research sample was (384) individuals The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent digital transformation (as an independent variable), and banking services marketing policies (as a dependent variable). And multiple linear regression to verify the validity of the research hypotheses and to analyze the primary data of the study, and the SPSS statistical program was used to enter the primary data.The results indicated that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of digital transformation and the dimensions of banking services marketing policies. The study also found that there is a significant impact of the dimensions of digital transformation on the dimensions of banking services marketing policies. The study found that there is a significant difference between the dimensions of digital transformation and the dimensions of banking services marketing policies in customer opinions. In the branches of the National Bank of Egypt in Mansoura City, according to (gender, age, academic qualification, and years of dealing with the bank). |
