المستخلص This study aimed to determine the impact of toxic leadership on Job Burnout at work, and was applied to Telecom Egypt Employees in Mansour.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from all employees in Telecom Egypt Employees in Mansoura. Sample size was 304, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data.Results of the study show that all dimensions of toxic leadership which represented in (abusive Supervision, narcissism, authoritarian Leadership, unpredictability, Self- Promotion) are positively related with all dimensions of job burnout which represented in (Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization, Reduced personal achievement).Also results show that all dimensions of toxic leadership (as independent variables) had a significant effect on each dimension of job burnout as dependent variable. |
