Abstract
Acetabular deficiency is a difficult clinical problem; there are many causes of acetabular deficiency as, neglected develepomental dysplasia of the hip (DDH.), skeletally mature hip dysplasia, spondylo-epiphyseal dysplasia, protrusio acetabuli, posttraumatic degenerative joint disease secondary to acetabular trauma .In most cases, secondary osteoarthritis develops so requiring total hip replacement. The most famous classification used for assessment of acetabular deficiency as Paprosky classification and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery (AAOS) classification (D´Antonio ).
