المستخلص In This research aimed at the impact of the organization’s internal work environment factors in achieving organizational symmetry, by applying them to workers in Mansoura College schools, and the size of the research community was (1300) individuals, and the sample size was (297) individuals. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent the variables of the internal environment factors (independent variable), and organizational symmetry (dependent variable). The method of multi-step regression analysis to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results represented in the existence of a significant correlation relationship between the internal environment factors and organizational symmetry, at the level of significant significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant effect for each of the dimensions of the internal environment factors on building organizational symmetry at the level of significant significance (0.05). |
