Abstract
Foremost, I would like to begin by thanking God for giving me the courage, knowledge,
abilities, and opportunity to begin and complete this master’s program.
To my supervisor, Prof. Dr. Elsayed Abdul Kader Nawar, I want to extend my sincere
gratitude for his important advice, motivation, and expertise in conducting this study. Besides
him, I am grateful to Dr. Mona Sabry Mostafa Saad for her immense knowledge, guidance,
and support in the writing and completion of this work. I am so grateful to the entire staff
and members of the Prosthodontics Department for their generosity, support, and
assistance in this educational journey.
My sincere and special thanks also go to my Mom, who went above and beyond in providing
everything and assisting me in this program.
Moreover, I express my special thanks to my wife, Immaculee, and our daughter, Juru
Maelle. Your invaluable love and support were an engine for the effort. I
have made it thus far thanks to your prayers and sacrifices.
