Abstract
This was a screening survey questionnaire study performed in Assiut University Children Hospital from 2020 to 2021 and included patients presented with ADHD having disruptive behavior to the outpatient psychiatric clinic. The prevalence of ADHD and other DBD symptoms was 7.5% in our study. The aim of this study was to early recognize disruptive behavior in ADHD children as well as to detect the Prevalence and risk factors for development of disruptive behavior in ADHD children. The total number of cases admitted at Assiut University Children hospital during the study period who were diagnosed as ADHD was 1300 cases. Among them there were (100 cases) diagnosed as ADHD associated with disruptive behavior disorders, and the cases without disruptive behavior disorders were (1200 cases).
