This Research aims to study The Relationship Between Participative Leadership And Organizational Commitment at Commercial International Bank Employees in Dakahlia Governorate In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from Commercial International Bank Employees in Dakahlia Governorate The sample size is (223), and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data The Results of the Research show that there is a significant correlation relationship between Participative Leadership and Organizational Commitment at Commercial International Bank Employees in Dakahlia Governorate The presence of a significant impact of the Participative Leadership on Organizational Commitment at Commercial International Bank Employees in Dakahlia Governorate and the results show that there are no significant differences in Commercial International Bank Employees in Dakahlia Governorate Staff perception of the study variables according to (Educational Qualification, Gender, and years of experience).
