Abstract
The thesis consist of four chapters. Chapter (1): General introduction includes general introduction of antiviral drugs, mechanism of action of antiviral drugs and types of antiviral drugs. The compounds examined during this work were determined in plasma, and pharmaceutical product. These compounds include Adefovir dipivoxil, Tenofovir, Amoxicillin. Chapter (2): Use of eosin for spectroscopic determination of Adefovir dipivoxil. Chapter (3): Investigation of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate Stability under ICH Recommended Stress Conditions Using Validated Stability Indicating UPLC Method by Using SDS Micellar Mobile phase.Chapter (4): Development of UPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Tenofovir and Amoxicillin in biological fluids and dosage forms.
