Abstract

Sleep medicine is a medical subspecialty concerned with the
diagnosis and therapy of sleep disturbances and disorders. from the
middle of the 20th century, research has provided increasing knowledge
and answered many questions about sleep-wake functioning.
Aim of The Work:
To detect the various psychiatric disorders that may occur among
patients suffering from OSA and the factors contributing to this
comorbidity to be able to offer better treatment for both disorders.
Review of Literatures:
Chapter one: Recent advances in sleep medicine and its relation to
psychiatry
