Abstract This study was conducted in the outpatient clinic, at Wardan Central Hospital during the period between December 2020 and June 2021. The purpose of this study was conducted to manage patients with impingement syndrome among manual operated hand workers. The participants were employees and selected from outpatient clinic, Wardan central hospital, Egyptian ministry of health. Thirty six patients were randomly assigned into two equal groups: group A received TENS, rotator cuff and scapular muscles strengthening, group B received core stability training plus TENS and rotator cuff and scapular muscles strengthening. For every patient, pain intensity level using VAS, shoulder range of motion using universal goniometer, shoulder function using Quick DASH, and core stability assessing using PBU, Sorensen Back-Extension Endurance Test, Prone Plank Test, and Side Plank Test were measured before and after performing exercise program. The mean, standard deviation, percentage of difference, and 2 × 2 mixed design MANOVA were used to analyze data within the same group and to compare data between groups.
