The current study aimed to identify the educational roles of ‎Egyptian universities in enhancing the intellectual security of their ‎students, by defining the conceptual framework of intellectual security, ‎highlighting the nature of the educational roles played by Egyptian ‎universities in enhancing intellectual security, and examining the reality ‎of Egyptian universities enhancing intellectual security from the ‎students’ point of view.‎In its steps, the study relied on the descriptive approach, because it ‎is the approach that is compatible with the nature of this study, in order ‎to identify the nature of the concepts that constitute the concept of ‎intellectual security. The study sample reached (600) students, and the ‎sample was described in the field framework of the study.‎The study reached a set of results, which are‏:‏•Intensifying the role of awareness programs through ‎technological networks‏.‏•Demonstrating the role of technology in bringing about ‎integration between all educational institutions in achieving ‎communication that aims to build a critical Arab mentality‏.‏•Interest in issues that focus on human security threats and their ‎sources‏.‏• Interest in building and developing the form of educational ‎activities in light of modern technology data‏.‏In the end, the study presented a proposed vision to enhance the ‎educational role of Egyptian universities in achieving intellectual ‎security. The societal responsibility of universities requires that they have ‎renewable and effective scenarios that enable them to plant the seeds of ‎sound ideas within society, and create self-immunity against the constant ‎flood of intellectual deviation, which is trying to create shocks. Between ‎young people and their countries, which requires that there be an ‎educational vision for universities to achieve soundness of thought and ‎support information security in various forms and forms.‎
