Abstract Deuterons of energies from 0.8 to 2.4 MEV are used in the investigation of the (d, p) reaction on the 10B nucleus. The protons produced in the reaction were detected by a somi - conductor spectrometer consisting of a charge sensitive amplifier and a 400 - channel pulse - height analyser. The spectrometer resolution was about 1% for alpha - particles of 210po. Excitation functions for the four most energetic proton groups from the reaction 10B (d,P) 11B, leading to the ground and the first three excited states of the residual nucleus 11B have been measured at scattering angles 50 and 120. |
