Abstract

Has accumulated in recent years, modern strong evidence suggests that Asdharabat the installation or gene activity Almtsrtna play a role in the incidence of some tumors such as Jane C-erbB-2 as the response to the treatments , which mean the elimination of some oncology varying results based on the appearance of some proteins and this proteins called anti- drugs , including heat shock protein HSP-27.
Then it may make this research to fifty patients of oral cancer squamous cells in order to explore whether there is a relationship between each of the protein C-erbB-2 protein, heat shock HSP-27 in terms of the clinical stage and degree of excellence as well as the extent of the patient’s response to the means of treatment used also on the other hand .
To reach this goal has been conducted the following studies :
1 - Fact microscopic evaluation cases for their degree of excellence as well as the degree of carcinogenesis.
2 - clinical evaluation of the patient in terms of the tumor and the degree of local prevalence in the lymph nodes , as well as spreads far .
