Abstract

The use of lasers in medicine, dentistry has increased in recent modern significantly , and that the word laser is a compound word and means to strengthen light Baltsulait the raised rays and features a laser light caused by the following characteristics :
1 - with one color.
2 - outstanding ( on a straighter one).
3 - coherent .
The laser is divided into two basic types , namely:
1 - harsh Laser : and is used in surgical cutting and removal of decay .
2 - softwood laser : and used as an aid in wound healing and pain relief .
The purpose of the research :
This study shows the impact of application of GaN Radiology and Aluminum Arzynad ( semiconductor laser ) on the wound healing process hyperbolic in the gums rabbits .
Search method :
Twenty-four Rabbit may Akhtero in this study, the rabbits were divided into six groups ( each group consisting of 4 rabbits ) by today taken samples faithful .
After general anesthesia for rabbits , conducting pieces بالمشرط in the right side of the upper gum similar rabbits and another on the left side .
Then we show the right pieces of gum headlights each rabbit to laser radiation ( GaN aluminum Arzynad , 20 Watt , 904 nm) for twenty seconds .
While the left of ايعرض pieces never to laser radiation .
We take samples from the left and right side of the gum headlights each rabbit on the first day after two hours directly from the cutting ( the first set ) and then two days later (Group II ), and then four days later (Group III ) and then a week later (Group D ) and then two weeks later (Group fifth ) and then after four weeks ( Group F ) .
Samples are kept in 10 % neutral formalin then attend outs Baravanah the each sample and then cut samples using Almikrotom the pigmentation and then slides.
