Abstract

Thirty families were studied suffer from overcrowding of teeth in order to clarify the role of genetics in this transition and the extent of congestion also influenced by the surrounding environment if any .
The families consisted of sixty father and mother and seventy five brothers and sisters .
Fathers split into thirty male and thirty female and the average age of thirty to fifty-five years old.
Congestion appeared to seven teeth and father and mother , while carbon does not appear in the remaining thirteen .
Brothers group consisted of thirty-six male and nine , and forty Female ترواح of the age of seven to twenty years.
Tooth congestion appeared in sixty individual Angsmo the turn to the twenty-nine male and one and Thelaan female .
Patients were selected from outpatient department at Mansoura University calendar .
I found kinship in ten families.
Was divided fathers and brothers to divide the Angel ( 1899) to the first type and Tanoa second and third type of cases of non- Atzam dishes.
Patients were compared with fathers and brothers to a similar group in gender , age , consisted of twenty individual naturally.
* The results showed the following
- That inheritance congestion has been prevalent way from parents to children .
This situation differed in both type I and type II and III of the division of Angel where it appeared that the reason is the existence of multiple genes .
The results showed that the genetic preparations is causing the irregular dishes but Albeah factors are responsible for a Advanced aggravated Alychkl situation in cases in which to have such a standby.
- The existence of a genetic role cushions strong when analyzing the genetic differences in each of the ten sizes related to the teeth .
* Has been concluded as follows:
1. Genetic factors play a key role in the pathogenesis of both teeth and congestion cases of irregular dishes.
2. Congestion is inherited and related of belonging teeth sizes are prevalent .
3. Controls to inherit an irregular number of dishes and genes that affect the growth of the different parts of the lower and upper jaw and share with environmental factors and the presence of kinship in events such cases.
