Abstract

Smoking is a risk factor for starting and development of tissues disease Dental installed .
And Mazaalt the way it happens smoking negative effects on tissues installed Dental is not clear yet.
This study aimed to test the theory of the gingival tissue affected when cigarette smokers directly the various components of cigarette smoke , such as some metal ions Kalkadamiom the root of the oxygen and assessment of the distribution of substance Almitalutheonin in the gingival tissue .
The study was conducted on 40 patients suffering from inflammation of the gums and tissue inflammation stent installed Dental . As well as the study was conducted on people who do not suffer from gingivitis , including 10 smokers and 10 non - smokers.
Clinical measurements were recorded twice once at the beginning of the search and the other after the demise of the manifestations of inflammation .
The samples were taken from the gingival tissue from my patient gingivitis and sick inflammation tissue to the teeth and the first sample was before the start of treatment .
The second sample was after the demise of the manifestations of inflammation in patients with gingivitis and was during the surgery .
Gingival samples have shown that the percentage of cells containing substance Almitalutheonin in gingival tissue Qarni in smokers was greater than in non-smokers .
This result explains the presence of inflammatory cells in periodontal tissues of cigarette smokers who suffer from diseases Da’ami tissue than in non-smokers .
This reflects a more in smokers attempts to defend against free root in cigarettes .
It has been found that Almitalutheonin tends to be present in the basal layer of the gingival tissue Qarni in smokers and non-smokers .
This is considered a good sign of good periodontal tissue response to treatment.
