The problem of this study is about conditions and reality of worker’s university in Arab Republic of Egypt. And the basic problems which hinder it to achieve its aims and how to overcome such problems. The study aims at Knowing the reality of worker’s university. The problems that face it and the attemptation of preparing suggested imagine to deal with the problems that obstacle this university from achieving its aims. And the usage of researcher in his study of both following methods : 1. Historical Method . 2. Descriptive Method . And the used sample in this study from : a. Students sample and its number ( 1278 ) students of the fourth year in worker’s university . b. Teaching staff members sample and their number ( 423 ): Teaching staff in worker’s university The used tools in this study are : a. Questionnaire of ( 90 ) questions about the reality and some of the problems of worker’s university . Knowing it through the students point of view. This questionnaire include the basic elements. These elements are : - Aims – Acceptance and joining policy. – Study system. – Financial potentialities. – Educational process, includes the following elements. – Teaching staff. – The worker’s university atmosphere. – Some factors of students keeping off joining the worker’s university. – Students practical training in workshops. Factories and different institutions. - Mosque’s role in religious culture in the worker’s university. - The public problems and suggestions. b. A questionnaire for teaching staff in the specialist studies academy in the worker’s university consists of (44) questions about reality and some of the worker’s university problems The result of study showed the reality of the worker’s university, it suffers from a lot of problems which hinder it from accomplishing the assigned aims and it lacks of the elements which should be exist in establishing any new branches in the govemates, which are necessary for achieving its educational aims. According to the result of the study there were some suggestions and recommendations as following: • according to aims • Special recommendations of acceptance and joining policy • Special recommendations of teaching staff members. • Special recommendations of educational process. • Special recommendations of financial potentialities. • Students practical training in workshops, factories and different institutions. • The common atmosphere in the worker’s university. • Factors that lead students to reject the idea of joining the worker’s university.
