Abstract This study was designed to evaluate the oxygen availability of KR in the ’operative period and to detect the impact of correction of MA on dynamic, oxygenation and biochemical variables. Forty KR were randomized for CO measurment by either 1D technique or technique, and each was further randomized for either correction or no ion of MA Each group consisted of 10 patients. Correction of MA was ’ed out by 5% NaHCo3. In two group, the following variables were recorded: Haemodynamic variables including HR, MBP, CVP, PCWP, CI, SVR, ; Gasometric variables including pH, PaCOz, HCOJ- and BD; measured variables including PaOz, SaOz, PVOz and SV02; calculate including CaOz, A-aDPOz, QslQt, a-vDOz, p50, DOzI, VOzI, ER, and biochemical variables including Na+, K+, ca2+, P, Mg2+, olarity, in addition to mixed venous and arterial lactate . In 81 group, the same data was recorded except that mixed venous les were replaced by central venous ones. |
