Abstract
It is now well known that hepatitis C virus (HCY) related chronic liver disease may be associated with various immunological disorders , so we started aiming’ at detection of immunological disorders which may be found. Patients .Number of patients are forty (40) .Number of the control are ten (10) .• Source of patients from Mansoura University Hospital (Blood donner) The following procedure were done I _ Thorough history taking with special stress on History of blood transfusion, operations and surgical interference II- Clinical examination:- General Pulse Blood pressure Temperature Signs of chronic hepatocellular effection Skin examination eye examination Abdomen L State of the liver State of the spleen Ascites III-Laboratory investigations HCY marker -e-by ELIZA.
