Abstract
The present study was done on 55 patients. 45 patients I (10 patients) had splenectomy for blood diseases, 2-15 years With mean 6.1 years. , II (20 patients) had b~arzial hepatic fibrosis in splenectomy and devascularization of the Cardio-esphageal Their ages ranged from 10-45 years With mean patients) had splenectomy for traumatic rupture It is diVided into group IlIa (5 patients less than ears).
