Abstract
Our study included 154 patients. They are 100 males and 54 females. Their age ranged from 2-72 years. All patients were presented with SylTIptOiTIS and signs that suggest an underlying bone tumor. The COlTIlTIOnest clinical presentations were pain and swelling. • These patients were referred to the diagnostic radiology department for radiological evaluation which included palin x-ray, CT scan and MRI for all patients. Bone scintigraphy, metastatic work up and selective angiography are carried out when indicated. After radiological assessment, biopsy was carried out for 143 patients. Then our findings were compared with the pathological findings. According to the pathological and radiological results, the lesions in our study are classified into: I-Benign bone tumors (59 cases) 2-Malignant bone tumors (60 cases). 3- Metastases (28 cases). 4- Tumor like lesion (7 cases).
