Abstract This work was undertaken to study the effects of malnutrition during pregnancy on the development of the cerebellar Cortex in white rat offspring. Ninety white rat of various ages were tested ill this study. The animals were classified more two groups group one: Included forty five rats taken from pregnant rats given water, milk and bread conception daily tip to /group two included forty live rats taken Water, Sugar and starch 1st day of conception daily lip to full term The two groups Were given the same food which is composed water milk (l/ld bread The specimens were taken at fourth, seventh, eleventh twenty one, twenty five, fifty, seventy and ninety days after birth. At the determined times the animals were sacrificed. In each animal the brain was gently separated from the base of the skull and DROPped into the fictive. Staining Procedures were used to demonstrate the different layers of the cerebellar Cortex. |
