Abstract

* Urinary lactate ehydrogenase was significantly r in both bladder cancer groups and the cystitis as compared to the control group. * Urinary creatine kinase was significantly higher in der cancer groups than that of both the control and titis groups.* Urinary zinc excretion was significantly increased bladder cancer groups as comapred to both the control d cystitis groups. * Urinary copper excretion was significantly higher bladder cancer stage T 4 group while there was insigni-icant. difference between both the cystitis and bladder 4ncer stage T 3 groups and the control group. * A number of correlations between tumor markers in ladder cancer groups have been found: * There was significant negative correlation between ’~ urinary zinc and urinary carcinoembryonic antigen in blad-,der cancer stage T 3 group. * In bladder cancer stage T V there were significant positive correlations between: Urinary zinc and lactate dehydrogenase. Urinary copper and creatine kinase And significant negative correlations between.
