Abstract
In this thesis: 1- The problem of motion of an axially symmetric satellite - gyrostat in a circular oribt as a rigid body under the influence of gravitational and magnetic fields is brought to equivalence to another problem concerning the motion of a rigid body - gyrostat moving by inertia in an infinitely extended ideal incompressible fluid.
