Abstract The thesis comprises general part which include indrudien, explanation on research outline and detail description of the study areas. The thesis concerned with a comparative study on aquatic macrophytes of the River Nile in Upper and Lower Egypt. The combination of the field studies on River Nile at the geographical extreme Location (north and south) and cooperations between the two universities added Success of this research work the thesis has combined an intensive field and laboratory studies. Both the spatial and temporal variations in distribution of aquatic plants and investigated. The results were interpreted by using the statistical analyses of collected data (TWINSPAN and Canonical Correspond Analysis). |
