Abstract
Part (I) : Ketene S,Sacetals in the synthesis of some new fused pyrimidine derivatives In this part, we report the syntheses of novel functionalized azolopyrimidine derivatives by the reaction of ketene S,Sacetal derivatives 1 and 3 with some aminoazoles in the presence (or absence) of triethylamine. Part (II) : Condensation of ethyl 2cyano3,3bis(methylthio)acrylate with 3methyl1phenyl1Hpyrazol5one In this part, we report the synthesis of some new pyrano[2,3c]pyrazole derivatives, the possible synthesis of bispyrazolyl4carbonitrile, pyrazol4yl pyrimidine and pyrazolylbenzodiazepine derivatives to obtain new compounds with biological activity.
