Abstract The aim of the present work is to design and synthesize new numerous compounds of therapeutic importance. The objective of this work was directed to synthesize enaminoketone compounds containing pyrazolone ring by reaction of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (8) with different reagents, because these compounds are often possess thermo or photochromic properties and also, used as anticancer agents. Therefore, the sequence of reactions followed for the preparations of the designed compounds in this thesis are summarized in three schemes I, II and III.
