Abstract
The aim of the work is an approach towards the behaviour of E.S.R after therapeutic mangement of cardiac oedema by diuretics. The is important if it is to be considered that a rise of haematocrit or decrease of E.S.R. after diuretic therapy in cardiac patient with oedema may not be a reflection of diuretics per se, but it is important for interpreting case evolution as regards coplication as rheumatic activity or infective endocarditis.
