Abstract

It is an operative technique requiring visual aid of an operating microscope, The microsurgeon must have atotal understanding of the microscope and be completely at case with it. Further more, he should have a special psycholopical profile for success in his fine art. He must be not angery, destructive, clumsy, impulsive or impatient.
