Abstract
Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy is by far the most common operation in practice of e.n.t disturbed middle ear ventilation may be an early complication of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy and contribute to postoperative earache this is due to defective palatal movement which may be due to palatal traction during operation limited mobility from ligature.
